Ease the Work of Your Digestive System
During Jordan Rubin's recovery from poor digestive health, he consumed this smoothie 1 to 2 times per day with raw eggs (contrary to the popular belief, eggs from healthy free-range chickens are typically safe).

Don't Like Egg Yolks?
For those who don't like the thought of consuming raw eggs, this smoothie can still be beneficial without the eggs. However, it may take longer to see positive results.

10 ounces of full fat coconut milk—Thai brand is recommended
1 tablespoon Garden of Life® Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1-2 raw Omega-3 whole eggs (Gold Circle Farms DHA eggs)
1 tablespoon of cold-pressed flax seed oil (Barleans Flax Oil)
1-2 tablespoons of unheated Lehau Honey
1 tablespoon of Goatein® goat's milk protein powder
½-1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (berries, bananas, pineapple, etc.)
1-2 scoops digestive W-Zymeenzyme powder
Vanilla extract (optional)

Directions
Blend the above ingredients in a high-speed blender (such as Vitamix). Properly prepared, this smoothie is an extraordinary source of easy-to-absorb nutrition. It contains large amounts of "live" enzymes, probiotics, vitally important "live" proteins, and a full spectrum of essential fatty acids. It can be consumed one to two times per day. It should be consumed within 24 hours after it is blended.
