These may be easy to make but they sure do pack a punch of healthy goodness! Chef Gwen’s come through again with this Oatmeal Power Bites recipe that’s loaded with the good stuff like walnuts, raisins, dates, Garden of Life Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, plus—wait for it—Garden of Life Sport Plant Based Protein in Chocolate. So not only are these little bites absolutely delicious, but they’re also loaded with “good-for-you" ingredients. These gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan bites of healthy deliciousness are no bake and easy to make. Just whip up a batch and keep them in the fridge or freezer to grab-n-go any time you're in the mood for a great snack with a healthy twist.

Serves: 16-18 bites

Preparation

  1. Place first seven ingredients into the food processor using the "s" blade and process until well combined. Then add in 3 tbsp. of water and process again until the batter looks sticky.
  2. Roll tablespoon sized balls then coat in coconut flakes.
  3. Store in refrigerator or freezer and enjoy!
