Green Smoothie

Gwen’s Fit Fuel
Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 scoop Garden of Life RAW Fit™
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup coconut water (unpasteurized preferred)
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
2 Tablespoons ripe avocado
8 drops of SweetLeaf® vanilla cream liquid Stevia
ground cinnamon, for garnishing

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or drink half before a workout and the remaining half afterwards.

Pumpkin Pie Yogurt

Pumpkin Pie Yogurt

Ingredients:
1 cup of Stonyfield brand organic plain yogurt
1/3 cup of organic canned pumpkin
1 scoop of Vanilla RAW Protein
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 Tablespoon local raw honey (to taste)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, then top with a drizzle of honey to suit your taste. Enjoy! (I like to sprinkle organic chia seeds or granola on top sometimes, too.)

No Bake Brownie Batter Treat

Ingredients:
1/4 to 1/2 cup chocolate almond milk
1/4 cup sprouted chia seed powder
1/4 cup sprouted flaxseed powder
1 scoop Garden of Life Chocolate RAW Protein
3/4 cup honey (or honey powder)
4 drops real vanilla
1/4 cup Garden of Life Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
1/4 cup ground oats
3 Tablespoons chopped raw almonds
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder

Directions:
Blend all ingredients well and enjoy right away!
