Turkey and Goat Cheese Wrap
Yield:

Ingredients:
Turkey
Sprouts
Tomatoes
Goat cheese
Sprouted grain or sprouted wheat tortilla

Directions:
Place ingredients in sprouted grain tortilla. Add and spread mayonnaise, mustard, or hummus. Roll up tortilla.
