Zucchini Wrap
Serves 10 to 12
Ingredients:
6 zucchinis, peeled and chopped
6 stalks of celery, chopped
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup chickpea miso
3 cups water, added to thin the mixture to desired consistency
sprouted grain or sprouted wheat tortillas
Directions:
Blend the ingredients all together in a blender. Chill until ready to serve. Place blended ingredients in sprouted grain tortillas. Roll up tortillas. Serve.

Mushroom, Spinach and Swiss Cheese Wrap
Serves 1
Ingredients:
sautéed mushrooms
cooked spinach
Swiss cheese
sprouted grain or sprouted wheat tortilla
Directions:
Place ingredients in sprouted grain tortilla. Add and spread mayonnaise, mustard or hummus. Roll up tortilla.

marinated raw vegetables
Jack cheese
