Enzyme-Rich Fruit Treats

1 cup dried figs
1 cup dates
1 cup raisins
raw walnuts, crushed
shredded coconut

Mash together the figs, dates and raisins. Form mixture into 12 small bars. Coat with crushed raw walnuts and shredded coconut.

Makes about 12 bars

Healthy Trail Mix

1 cup crispy pecans
1 cup crispy cashews
1 cup raisins
1 cup unsulphured dried apricots, apples, pears, or pineapple cut into pieces
1 cup dried sweetened coconut meat (see below)
1 cup carob chips (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container.

Makes about 6 cups

EZ Pizza

EZ Pizza

2 pieces sprouted grain bread or 1 sprouted grain English muffin
pasta sauce
Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
green onions, thinly sliced (optional)
Herbamare seasoning

Toast bread or English muffins. Place bread on baking sheet. Spoon pasta sauce over bread. Place onions over pasta sauce. Cut slices of cheese and place over onions. Sprinkle with Herbamare and cook in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
