RAW Protein Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chewies

RAW Protein Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chewies

3 cups rolled old-fashioned oats
1 cup of natural brand peanut butter
½ cup vanilla almond milk or regular milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup Garden of Life Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (can also substitute ¼ cup butter, if you prefer)
1 scoop or one packet of Garden of Life RAW Protein Vanilla OR regular flavor RAW Protein
1 Tablespoon stevia extract

In a large saucepan, mix the stevia extract, coconut oil and almond milk. Bring to a full boil for one minute and stir the mixture constantly so it does not stick to the pan. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until peanut butter is completely melted. Stir in the oats and RAW Protein, and stir well with a wooden spoon until combined. Quickly drop spoonfuls on sheets of wax or parchment paper and cool completely. Enjoy!!

Autumn Apple-Cranberry Crumble

Autumn Apple-Cranberry Crumble

For Apple Filling:
10 cups peeled and sliced baking apples
1 Tablespoon flour
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup sugar (to taste, depending on the apples you use)
cranberry pulp
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup concentrated chai tea

For Crumble:
1 cup oats
1/2 cup flour
1 scoop RAW Protein (Vanilla)
1 scoop Garden of Life Super Seed
1 Tablespoon ground flax
¼ to 1/2 cup sugar (to your taste, more or less)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

Preheat oven to 350F. (Please note that the sugar amounts can be adjusted to your taste.) In a large bowl, mix together all of the filling ingredients well. Place evenly in a 9 x 13 in pan. In another bowl, mix all of the dry crumble ingredients together well. Pour in coconut oil and combine (with a spoon or well-cleaned hands) the coconut oil into the dry ingredients to make coarse crumbles of all sizes.

With a spoon, or your hands, evenly distribute the crumble over the apple mixture. Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Cool for as long as you can before eating!

Cacao Magic Truffles (Raw and Vegan)

Cacao Magic Truffles (Raw and Vegan)

2 Tablespoons to 1/2 cup Cacao Magic superfood blend (depending on how chocolatey you want them)
4 Medjool dates
1/2 cup almond meal
2 scoops Garden of Life RAW Protein Chocolate sprouted protein powder
1 to 2 Tablespoons Green Dream Superfood powder
4 to 5 drops chocolate stevia
4 Tablespoons Garden of Life coconut oil
raw cacao nibs and/or unsweetened coconut flakes for coating

Melt your coconut oil so it’s completely liquid. In a food processor, mix the dates and almond meal. Then add half the coconut oil, green dream powder and cacao magic powder. Process until it’s not powdery; add a few drops of coconut oil if it is. Next, add the protein powder, then process again. Add the rest of the coconut oil and stevia and process until it’s a smooth thick consistency. If it’s too powdery, add more coconut oil. When you get the desired consistency, take out of the food processor and put in a bowl. Here you can add any toppings you want. I usually add coconut shreds and/or cacao nibs or squish a few goji berries into the center.

Roll into balls and put into fridge over night or the freezer for one hour. Then pop them in your mouth for a delicious, healthy superfood treat!
