Piña Colada Smoothie

Makes 2 8-ounce servings

Ingredients:
10 ounces of coconut milk or cream
1 Tablespoon of flaxseed oil or hemp seed oil
1 to 2 Tablespoons unheated honey
1 Tablespoon of Garden of Life® RAW Protein powder
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
1 fresh or frozen banana
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until desired texture.

Lunchtime Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
Green grapes (hand full)
Hand full of spinach
Hand full of collard greens
1/2 of small papaya
1 scoop of Garden of Life Perfect Food® RAW 

Directions:
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Serve.
