Perhaps there’s nothing worse than a saggy, flat derriere. So, get up off your bum and perform these three exercises for a shapelier bottom! They’re easy to do, and this entire workout can be done in about 15 minutes—right on your living room floor.
Be sure to perform each exercise without resting in between. After you’ve completed a cycle of all three, rest for one or two minutes, and then repeat cycle two more times. If you do this at least three times per week, then you’ll be on your way to a more defined bottom in no time!
